What to Expect During Your First Appointment

Welcome to our office and the first step in your new journey toward a healthier life!

Once you arrive, you'll be welcomed by one of our amazing team members. We'll collect your completed paperwork - if you had the opportunity to print and complete it at home - or we will have a copy ready for you to fill out. If you have insurance, we'll be happy to make a copy of your insurance card, as well as your driver's license, so that we may verify your insurance benefits.

We'll bring you back to the exam room for a consultation with our doctors, during which we will discuss your health concerns as well as your personal health goals. A complete evaluation will be performed, which may include a detailed postural evaluation, non-invasive orthopedic and neurologic tests, a digital thermographic nerve scan, and X-Rays if necessary. If there are no contraindications, you may decide to begin care that day, or wait until the following appointment. Plan to spend approximately 45 to 60 minutes during your New Patient Visit with us so that we can answer all of your questions and fully understand your particular health care concerns.

Once we have completed your evaluation, our team will schedule your next visit, which is the Report of Findings. This is the visit that most of our patients choose to bring a family member with them, as we will be discussing the results of your evaluation and providing recommendations for the appropriate care to help you achieve the greatest results in a timely manner. Your Report of Findings may take 30 to 60 minutes depending on your health concerns and any questions you may have.

After your initial 2 appointments (your New Patient Evaluation and your Report of Findings) most patients are able to be seen relatively quickly and find that they can schedule at convenient times and be in and out of our office within 10 to 20 minutes.

You'll find our office conveniently located on the westbound side of Highway 92 between Main Street and Neese Road. We are located in the big brick and stucco building that says "State Farm" on one end and "Chiropractor" on the other, with plenty of parking right in front of our office.
